TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The "Company" or "us" means WOW Publishing. 

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in the WOW Book Camp seminars. By registering for the WOW Book Camp, you (the 'Buyer") signify your acceptance of and obligation to these Terms and Conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for, or attend, the Seminar or purchase the Program. 

 

By law, we can only guarantee your satisfaction with our training, not your results. The Seminars and Programs are for your educational and informational purposes only. As stipulated by law, we make no guarantees that you will do well, achieve any results or make any money from our information, and we offer no professional, legal, therapeutic, or financial advice. Our training cannot replace or substitute for the services of certified professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, health, or legal matters. We do not purport anything we do or teach as a "get rich scheme," and any financial numbers outlined in our training are examples, opinions and illustrations, and thus should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for your actual or future performance. There can be no assurance that any prior successes, or past results, as to income earnings, can be used as an indication of your or anyone's future success or results. Check with your accountant, lawyer or professional advisor, before acting on this or any information. 

 

You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by registering to the WOW Book Camp, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance. You agree that our company is not responsible for the success or failure of your business decisions relating to any information presented by our company, or our company products or services, and you specifically release the WOW Book Camp, WOW Publishing and Vishal Morjaria from liability for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the information or strategies communicated through our Seminars, Programs, materials, websites, or any services provided prior to or following this Program. 

 

These are generally "pay in full" prior to the event or payment over an agreed 4-month investment plan. A discount is offered for one-off payments. The overall price must be paid, including any final instalment before the date of the event. 

 

If a client is unable to attend a 3-day WOW Book Camp at a specific date, the client can attend the next WOW Book Camp. These events occur 3 to 4 times per year. Clients will receive ample notice by email, telephone, messages and social media posts, to plan ahead of time. WOW Book Camps always occur on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday. 

 

Items purchased are non-transferable unless agreed upon in writing by Vishal Morjaria.

 

The service is only accessible once payment is made in full.

 

You have one (1) year to start using this service. 

 

Publishing (making the book available internationally with WOW Book Publishing and Amazon) is included in all packages, but Pre-Publishing (Editing, Proofreading, and Formatting) is NOT included.

 

The above products qualify for a refund only within a period of seven (7) days from signing this agreement.
